I purchased my OHCO M.8 a couple weeks before lower back surgery. I started using it a couple of weeks after surgery on the low and air features, which, based on my doctor's surprise of rapid healing, I really believed aided me in the healing process. I'm up to MAX status, using the massager at least once a day, and am loving the results. My movement and posture have significantly improved. Thank you.

I recently purchased a massage chair through Costco and it was a comforting surprise to hear from Germaine @ Furniture For Life shortly after, to reassure me that the chair would be delivered soon, and filled me in on the details. I received it through their very efficient delivery system, and then Germaine followed up with a courtesy call to make sure everything was A-OK! The customer service is 5-STAR, and so far so is the chair!

Customer Services was incredibly helpful! My dad's remote control stopped working, and as he relied on his chair for his independence, it was critical that he get it replaced quickly. Jamie (customer service rep) walked me through the testing, got us quick shipping, and then made sure the new one worked. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We were in a huge bind and Jamie and her team were sympathetic, responded very quickly, and reduced our stress level immediately. 5 stars!!

Had some issues and had to have the chair replaced but hey, that happens sometimes. More importantly, customer support was on top of it and we had our replacement chair soon. Would rec for all these reasons

Exemplary customer service!! I had a relatively minor problem after my chair was delivered. I notified customer service and they were not only responsive but gave extraordinary attention and follow up to this again minor issue.
